Return and Exchange Policy for Winner Electronics

  1. Returns and exchanges include all items except for electronic devices.
  2. The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase and sealed in its original packaging.
  3. Returns are accepted within 24 hours, and exchanges within 3 days from the purchase date.
  4. Promotional offers associated with the returned item can be refunded if the item is returned in its original condition; otherwise, the promotional value will be deducted.
  5. Purchases made with shopping vouchers or credit cards cannot be refunded in cash.
  6. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company signifies the customer's acknowledgment that the shipment is intact, in good condition, and unopened.
  7. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the purchase invoice delivered with the shipment must be presented.
  8. Purchases and orders paid for through installment companies cannot be returned immediately until a request is submitted to the installment company for approval or rejection.
  9. Devices and products paid for via installment companies or electronic payments can only be exchanged and are not eligible for return.

In case of an error in the order from the customer's side, the customer bears the full shipping cost (both ways). In case of an error in the order from Winner's side, the store bears the full shipping cost (both ways). If the shipment is not received by the customer and is returned by the shipping company, the customer bears the shipping cost (both ways), and if the customer requests the product to be shipped again, the customer bears the shipping cost.
